There are requirements to becoming a real estate agent in our state. First, you need to pass a required course; the course itself is sixty-hours of classroom-type work. The coursework is performed through the state, and the course offered through the Billings Community Education program prepares those who have the potential and desire to work in real estate to take the state’s coursework. You will learn about the important distinctions between Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker. You will learn how brokerages function, and the methods to optimize your license by choosing a brokerage to suit your personality and professional goals.
